NO TOAST GOURMET CRUMBLE

100g NO TOAST GRANOLA Challenge
150g 1 ½ cups LSA OR Almond meal
(Linseed, Sunflower, Almond meal)
1/3 cup COCONUT Sugar
50g Capel BUTTER room temperature
3 Green APPLES
1 Red APPLE
2 sticks RHUBARB
1/2 cup water (3/4 cup for oven bake)

SERVE with COCONUT Yoghurt


METHOD;

Peel, core and slice APPLES, trim and cut RHUBARB, cover and stew on the stove top until soft, OR oven bake covered for 30mins at a moderate temperature for a firmer apple.

With your fingertips rub butter through GRANOLA, LSA, and COCONUT Sugar until resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Drain off excess water from Apple and Rhubarb if required. Place the stewed apple and Rhubarb into a baking dish and sprinkle with crumble mix and bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
