NO TOAST COOKIE

250g (2.5 cups) NO TOAST PORRIDGE
50g (½ cup) NO TOAST granola
OR desiccated coconut
115g Capel BUTTER
½ cup COCONUT sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon GF baking powder
2 ½ Tablespoons COCOA
1 teaspoon vanilla or MAPLE SYRUP

METHOD; Pre-heat oven
Cream butter  and coconut sugar
Add egg  and vanilla and mix. Add
PORRIDGE, baking powder, cocoa and
NO TOAST Granola. COOK for 16 minutes
in moderate oven.
